"I'm moving out of London but will really really miss my house and the New Cross/Brockley/Deptford area. My brother and I renovated the flat when we bought it five years ago. The kitchen, bathroom, floors and everything was re-done and still looks new. The ground floor is light, open and great for having friends over.

Key features I think someone will love are the purpose-built bookcase at the top of the stairs, the wooden countertop in the kitchen, and the huge built-in wardrobes in each bedroom. There's free parking in the estate and the flat has a private bike shed with room for three bikes. I had to replace the boiler this winter just gone (gutting) so you are getting a brand new one, lucky you.

Even though there is no private garden, my friends and I often sit in the communal gardens in the estate and have a drink. I hope the person who buys this flat loves the hand-made Mexican tiles in the kitchen as much as I do!

If you haven't spent much time in Deptford yet, I recommend you do, there's some great pubs and restaurants. Brockley and Deptford farmers markets are both walkable from the house, as is the river and Greenwich, perfect for a summer's day.

New Cross is one stop on the overground to London Bridge and when nightlife is back up and running again the night overground goes to New Cross Gate. It's a wonderful house, do check it out."
