The flat has been a wonderful place to live for the last four years. Since moving in we have modernised the flat throughout, taking particular care to make the space feel as light and spacious as possible. We were pleased to find that the flat is warm in the winter, but cool in the summer. Pincott Place itself is a quiet and friendly area, and our neighbours are great. In addition the private development feels safe and secure.

Our rear view looks onto a huge sports field so it’s easy to forget that you are in the city. In addition we have Frendsbury gardens right outside the main gate which is a great place to relax and connect with nature throughout the year. This is the closest of several local community gardens within a short walking distance, and more seem to be springing up all the time. Beyond this you have a lot of local parks and green spaces to visit.

We are really sad to be leaving Brockley. It is such a great little London community. It benefits from feeling very small and close knit, whilst being only 10 minutes on a train from central London. The area next to the station is a real local hub with great bars, restaurants and cafes. In the summer you also find street parties happening in the roads around the station, which really adds to the sense of community.
