The Seller says -
This flat has been a happy home for us for over seven years, and we've been here since it was originally built. What initially drew us to it was the colourful exterior and its surprisingly large windows, which bring a light and airy feel and allow for stunning sunsets towards Crystal Palace. Being split over two floors has really helped to make it feel like a home.
The street has a sense of community with a mix of residents and workers from the ground floor units, including photographers and architects meeting up at barbecues and get-togethers in the communal grass area over Summer. Its a real convenience having Brockley station a four minute walk away and a great selection of local coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We also love being close to the Telegraph Hill parks, with their views over London.
We've really enjoyed living in the area and hope to move to a house nearby.
