The area is safe and welcoming, and upon visiting you'll see how well maintained the entire development is. The flat itself is still brand new, very spacious and well built. We've done very little to the flat so presents itself as a blank canvas.

This is our first home and are sad to move on, if we were looking again would pick this place no questions!

A five minute walk will get you onto the Thames cycle path, Ikea and B&Q. Ten minutes to the enormous Charlton retail park. Fifteen minutes to the O2 and its brand new outlet centre, alongside North Greenwich jubilee line. If you walk in the other direction you can reach Charlton and Westcombe Park train station in the same amount of time. And for those like ourselves will love to know that the heart of Greenwich is within a 25 minute walk and has a wonderful route past London's Meantime brewery, local pub 'Cutty Sark', royal naval college and tonnes of other local amenities and historic landmarks - we recommend doing this every weekend, it really is spectacular."
