About this property
This beautiful terraced family home on the periphery of Blackheath Village must be viewed internally to truly understand the love and warmth that has been created by the current owner.
Set out over five floors, the inside consists of five generous bedrooms, three family bathrooms- one of which is an en suite to the main bedroom, a tastefully designed kitchen with built in appliances and a delightful Juliet balcony with views of the Heath, a spacious reception room to the first floor and a sizeable garden room with doors spilling out to the well maintained, south west facing garden.
The house comes with many added benefits such as a mixture of wooden flooring and fitted carpets, a number of storage cupboards, an integral garage and a private, off street parking space.
The Open Heath is on your doorstep, with Greenwich Park considered a brisk walk from the house. Blackheath Village is no more than a few minutes' walk away where you can enjoy an array of boutique shops, cafes, restaurant and pubs. Commuters can also find Blackheath Railway Station here transporting local residents to many popular City locations.
The property is being sold with no onward chain.
What The Seller Says -
"We moved to Eliot Place twenty years ago. Our two children were five and ten at the time and both went to excellent local schools.
It has been a very happy and secure house and as the children got older, it was at times very useful to have the living room and the garden room so different sets of friends were accommodated!
The house was originally designed with a nanny flat and utility room in mind. In our case it wasn't needed but the concept came in handy when we had relatives to stay as they had their own space.
The Heath and Greenwich Park played a huge part in bringing up the children and as a family, we loved going to the Village for lunches or indeed dinner!
It is only now that the children are happily settled/married, I have decided it is time for the next chapter.
Eliot Place has served us all extremely well and I hope the next occupants here have as much fun and happiness as we all did!"
