We chose the house for so many reasons. Externally, its aesthetics resemble period townhouses found in Greenwich and is almost completely built from brick – which is rare for a contemporary build. Internally, the house is incredibly spacious over three floors and the roof terrace has given us so many wonderful days/evenings enjoying uninterrupted sunshine. The house has been fitted with “fibre to the premises” making high speed broadband accessible throughout the house which is hugely beneficial when working from home.

The development is maintained to the highest standards, is very quiet and a stone’s throw from Blackheath (a 10 minute walk), the O2 arena (10 minutes in the car). We both work in Central London and my commute cycling into the City only takes 30 minutes whilst my Fiancé’s commute to the West End takes 30 minutes by train. Kidbrooke station is only an 8 minute walk. Having our gym and swimming pool literally a 1 minute walk away has also helped keep the waist line in check!

It’s going to be incredibly hard saying goodbye to this wonderful house. It has been a wonderful home.
