When it comes to your deposit we take a responsible approach as we ensure this goes into a Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme* so if there are any disputes at the end of your tenancy they are dealt with fairly. We also have an option whereby you can replace a deposit with a ‘membership’ option meaning that you can bypass putting down a 5-week deposit. Please contact us for more details on this option.
** For your full peace of mind, we use Propertymark for our Client Money Protection (CMP) provider meaning that you are in safe hands **
We have a wide choice of property and expert knowledge of the local area. We will also accompany all viewings with you.
With a separate administration team, whose job it is to ensure your references are returned as quickly as possible and that a contract is executed correctly, this leaves your initial contact (the negotiator) to concentrate on the personal side of your transaction.

- £190 to reference the incoming tenant
- £140 for the Tenancy agreement
- £48 Re-lodgement for the deposit
